About Mandi

Hi! I’m Mandi.

I am a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist and Chinese medicine (herbalist) practitioner. I have been in the healthcare field for most of my adult life. I am passionate about truly listening to people and empowering them with the tools to Imbue Wellness into their life. Meeting people where they are at is most important to me. Each patient is on their own path to healing, and we will start wherever that may be.

  • I began my education with a degree in Cultural Anthropology, spending five years studying and immersing myself in different cultures around the world—including a year living in England and traveling throughout Europe. This experience shaped me into the compassionate, open-minded, and understanding healthcare provider I am today. It gave me a deep appreciation for the richness and diversity of people and their lives.

  • After returning from the U.K., I began my career in the mental health field and eventually became a Program Director at a non-profit organization. While I valued this work, I missed the one-on-one connection with patients and wanted to take a wider approach to health and healing. Years of studying nutrition, Western herbs, meditation, energy, emotional and physical health, and trauma led me to pursue a degree in holistic, wellness-centered medicine: Acupuncture and Chinese (Eastern) medicine.

  • Today, I am a general practitioner with advanced training in infertility and mental health. I am especially passionate about supporting patients with stress, fertility and family planning, teen health, and general wellness. In my clinic, I frequently treat women’s health concerns, pain, digestive issues, sleep concerns, and stress-related conditions—always with an integrative, whole-person approach.

  • Outside of clinic, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and being in nature. Some of my favorite simple joys include sharing good food, exploring new places, and relaxing with a book and a cup of herbal tea. I believe deeply in the balance of yin and yang—in both medicine and life—and I strive to balance adventure, family, and fun with peace, solitude, and rejuvenation.

My Background

I began my education with a degree in Cultural Anthropology, spending five years learning about and immersing myself in cultures around the world—including a year in England and travel throughout Europe. This experience shaped me into the fun, compassionate, and open-minded healthcare provider I am today and gave me a deep respect for the richness and diversity of people’s lives.

After returning from the U.K., I began a career in the mental health field and eventually became a Program Director at a non-profit. While I valued this work, I missed one-on-one patient connection and wanted to approach healthcare from a broader, more holistic lens. My years of studying nutrition, Western herbs, meditation, energy, and trauma ultimately led me to pursue a degree in acupuncture and Chinese (Eastern) medicine.

Today, I practice as a general acupuncturist with advanced training in infertility and mental health. I am especially passionate about treating stress, fertility and family planning, teen health, and general wellness. In my clinic, I frequently support patients with women’s health concerns, pain, digestive issues, sleep difficulties, and stress-related conditions—always with a whole-person, integrative approach.

When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my family, exploring nature, traveling, and enjoying good food. I love new adventures, but I also value quiet moments with a good book and a cup of herbal tea. I believe in the balance of yin and yang—in both medicine and life—and strive to balance family, fun, and adventure with peace, solitude, and rejuvenation.

My Approach

I am a fun, down to earth and goal-oriented practitioner. The journey to health can be a hard one. Life often leads us away from health, leaving us with disharmony in our body which manifests as unwanted symptoms. Whether this manifest as acute or chronic issues it can take its toll on our quality of life.

My goal is for us to work together to empower you toward health and harmony in your mind and body, one step at a time. One step away from these symptoms and illnesses is one step toward wellness. These small steps bring balance and harmony back to the body, imbuing your life with a new sense of wellness, vitality, and joy.

I look forward to helping you on your path to wellness by helping you reduce symptoms, gain confidence, and find relief!
